Community Coaching
A monthly drop-in experience where you can gain clarity, connection, and coaching!
It’s exactly what it sounds like: an hour where I’m around. Bring what’s real. I’ll offer a mindfulness exercise and coach whoever’s in the room.
No prep, no performance.
Just show up and ask the thing you’ve been wrestling with in your head.
And fair warning: if something hits a nerve or lights me up, I will absolutely go off on a riff or a tiny TED talk. It’s part of the charm. Or the hazard. Depends who you ask.
