A monthly drop-in experience for clarity, connection, and group coaching!

It’s exactly what it sounds like: An hour where I’m around. Bring what’s real. I’ll offer a short mindfulness exercise and then coach whoever’s in the room.

No prep. No performance. No “right way” to show up.

Just show up and ask the thing you’ve been wrestling with in your head.

And fair warning: if something hits a nerve or lights me up, I will absolutely go off on a riff or a tiny TED talk.
