The Living Room

Through fast-paced, creative dialogue and group coaching exercises, this work focuses on transforming your relationship to the noise in your head and bringing oxygen to areas in your life that have felt restricted, with the added benefit of group reflection for rapid development.

The Living Room is not therapy, but complements therapeutic work beautifully, giving folks practical tools, community, and a space to practice authentic self-expression in real time.

Each session combines elements of the Freedom work, foundational coaching tools, live personal coaching, and the power of group reflection, which tends to unlock insights more quickly than working alone.

The Living Room is for…

✔ Thoughtful, high-functioning folks who overthink everything

✔ Past or current clients who want continued growth in community

✔ Newcomers who are Freedom-Curious but not quite ready to dive in solo

✔ Anyone craving depth, clarity, and honest reflection in a brave space

You’ll Experience:

✔ 6 Weekly coaching sessions (90 min each)

✔ Themed curriculum, real-time exercises and Freedom Work

✔ Tools, strategies, reflection prompts, and assignments

✔ A circle of peers who are also doing the work

“In just a few sessions, Mollie challenged me to see things differently,  ultimately freeing me from my fears – I continue to work with her to stay on track and be the person I believe I can be. She is always challenging me and changing the lens in which I view myself, others, and the world."
