My monthly office hours include a brief talk, some community practice and light coaching. Each gathering addresses a specific theme common to our human curriculum and includes contemplative practices and coaching exercises to sharpen the mind, polish the mirror, and deepen our self-inquiry. We’ll finish with Q&A. This is ideal for folks who are curious about my coaching style, folks who prefer guided self-inquiry to solo exploration, those in my community who simply like learning with me.
